    Here is the introduction to training



  • Uniforms

    • The company uniform consists of black logo shirts. On the first day please wear a solid back t-shirt. You will be given a black logo T-shirt to wear for the following day.
    • The bottoms should be black pants preferably with 2 back pockets.
    • Shoes can be any colour as long as they are non-slip.

    Always wipe down your equipment after use at each home. Looking professional means having well-presented tools and supplies.

    Please download The Customer Factor.


    You will receive an email or text message with your username and password. This app covers scheduling, work orders, details about each job include directions and access to the home details such as if a key is required and/or the alarm code, etc.
  • Driving rules

    Drive safe!
    • That means no texting, reading messages or emails while you are driving. If you need drive directions, search and set this up before starting to drive.
    • Talking on the phone should only be done through a hands free or Bluetooth.
    • Do not eat while driving. Both hands should be on the wheel and you should not be distracted from looking ahead.
    • Always locate your charger ahead of time. If you need to charge your phone, do so before you start to drive.

    How to enter the home

    • Always start with ringing the doorbell even if you the app says that the customer may not be home and you have a key or do not see a car in the driveway. The customer or other family may have come home.
    • When entering the home, always announce yourself. “Hi, it’s XX from Nettoyage Krystal Clean”. Make sure to say it loudly. The customer or their family member may be coming out of the shower or running around the house getting dressed!

    Please remember to have your mask and gloves on before entering the home.
